PrizePicks has announced its partnership as the official daily fantasy sports (DFS) partner of the Houston Astros. This multi-year collaboration with the American baseball team will include online activities and in-stadium events at Minute Maid Park, thereby enhancing PrizePicks' influence in Major League Baseball (MLB).
At Minute Maid Park, the PrizePicks logo will be displayed in both static and rotating formats. The DFS operator will also feature in the Astros' broadcast network's "More or less" show before each game.
In addition, PrizePicks will collaborate with the Houston Astros to launch the "City Connect Monday" promotional event, supporting the team's home games on Mondays. When the team wears the Nike City Connect jerseys, fans will have the chance to win a $10,000 PrizePicks free jersey and tickets to upcoming Astros games.
Regarding this partnership, PrizePicks Chief Marketing Officer Mike Quigley stated, "This partnership aims to bring more fun and richer rewards to Houston's PrizePicks players. We will launch new promotional activities and experiences, allowing fans to enjoy the Astros' games both at the stadium and at home."
Quigley was appointed in February this year, having previously worked at EA Games, YouTube, and NianticThis.

The Houston Astros are not the only MLB team partnered with PrizePicks. In April this year, PrizePicks extended its partnership with the Atlanta Braves for another three years, with the initial collaboration starting in 2020.
