According to Cambodian media, police in the Boeung Kak area of Phnom Penh led a sudden raid on an online gambling den, arresting two suspects.
The police stated that after receiving reports from the public, law enforcement immediately conducted a raid on a suspicious online gambling spot located in Zone 3 of Boeung Kak.
In the aforementioned operation, the police confirmed that the site was indeed involved in illegal gambling activities such as online cockfighting and lottery. Two owners were arrested at the scene, and some physical evidence was seized.
The two owners have now been handed over to the police station, awaiting further legal proceedings.
