EveryMatrix is looking to continue its recent M&A activity by submitting an €18.5m offer for igaming supplier Fantasma Games.
The SEK209.8m purchase would “significantly strengthen EveryMatrix’s games output,” the technology provider said, with the “immediate addition of well-known titles.”
Fantasma’s games are currently integrated with over 250 operators across 50 countries.
“The proposed transaction would strengthen the EveryMatrix games division with strong synergies between both companies,” EveryMatrix added.
Fantasma Games has from Thursday, September 19, until October 10 to accept the offer.
The deal is conditional on at least 90 per cent of Fantasma’s shareholders accepting the offer, with over 50 per cent already having done so.
EveryMatrix does not plan to make any “material changes” to Fantasma’s workforce, management team or its existing organisation and operations, it said.
The offer of SEK59 (€5.21) in cash per share represents a premium of 21.4 per cent compared to the closing price of Fantasma’s shares on Nasdaq First North on Tuesday.
The acquisition of Fantasma would follow EveryMatrix's acquisition of sports betting technoloy company FSB in July, which EveryMatrix group CEO Ebbe Groes said was the business' "most ambitious" to date.
