Recently, there have been reports that Pakistan is gradually becoming a high-risk area similar to Myanmar, with local intelligence and military agencies being accused of setting up special departments to kidnap, extort, and even violently attack Chinese citizens in Pakistan.
Several Chinese female victims revealed that they had been beaten, electrocuted, and locked in dark rooms, forced to give up their addresses and financial information.
Survivors said that the perpetrators were like bandits, breaking into villas, looting cash and mobile phones, and then forcing the victims to beg relatives and friends for ransom through communication tools to obtain their freedom. If they refused to cooperate, they would be continuously tracked, framed, and even possibly face legal prosecution or long-term imprisonment.
