A foreign man's body was shockingly discovered near the entrance of a casino in Ba Yi City, Chai Zhen Province. The man was only wearing shorts, his upper body was bare and tattooed.
After the incident, the people who found him immediately called the police.
Locals said they saw the man, wearing only shorts, walking out of the casino and then sitting by the roadside, appearing to be in poor condition.
About an hour and a half later, around 4:30 AM, someone saw the man face down on the ground, already dead.
