Following the proposal of the provincial government, the workers of the Institute of Games and Casinos will go into recess to analyze the offer.
Argentina.- Yesterday, Monday, September 30, representatives of the Executive of Mendoza met with delegates from the Provincial Directorate of Roads, the Institute of Games and Casinos (IPJyC Mendoza), Parks, and Judicial Officials to continue with the salary discussions for the last quarter of this year, as previously agreed.
The Government of Mendoza continues to hold collective bargaining meetings with various state worker unions. In the case of SUTE, the negotiation has been suspended until the coming days.
It is worth remembering that in the last negotiation, the Government offered a 5 percent increase for July, August, and September. In July, the increase was applied to the existing values, while in August and September, it was calculated on the July increase.

However, the delegates of SUTE have rejected the first salary offer presented. Regarding the negotiations, a recess was established for Regime 13 until Friday, October 4; for Casinos and Judicial Officials, Monday, October 7; and for Roads, Tuesday, October 8.
The offer from the Mendoza government includes a salary increase that adds to what was agreed in July 2024, consisting of 3.5 percent for October, 3 percent for November, and 2.5 percent for December on the base salary. These increases are not cumulative and are calculated on the fixed amount of July of this year.
Mariana Lima, director of Salary Policy of the Government of Mendoza, expressed that in all the hearings they have listened to the demands of the union representatives and have decided to go into recess to analyze these proposals.
