It is called LegisMind and aims to train professionals to excel in the Brazilian gaming and betting market.
Brazil.- With the purpose of training new professionals for the gaming sector, the training center, LegisMind, was launched. It is aimed at newly graduated lawyers, experienced jurists, consumers, and professionals in marketing, communication, technology, and computing, among other market players.
LegisMind is presented as the first training center specialized in Gaming and Betting Law in Brazil. It was created by Fabiano Jantalia, who has more than 20 years of experience in regulation and is an expert in Gaming Law, and also won a scientific research contest promoted by the Ministry of Finance in 2018 on the regulation of lotteries in Brazil.

Furthermore, Jantalia played a significant role as a consultant during the creation of the new Sports Betting Law (Law No. 14.790).
The first initiative of LegisMind is the course “Regras do Jogo”, which is the first in Brazil specialized in Gaming and Betting Law. The course will consist of 15 modules, with more than 70 lessons covering interdisciplinary topics from basic concepts and regulations to payment methods and responsible gaming practices.
Additionally, the course will include live classes and a certificate will be awarded to participants who complete 75 percent of the classes. The course launch will be on October 10 at 8 PM, in an event that will be broadcast live on YouTube.
In addition to online courses, the company will also offer in-person courses and customized training programs, tailored to the specific needs of the students or the companies and organizations that hire its services.
