The ONCE launches the ONCE Low Vision Foundation to improve the lives of 400,000 people.

The ONCE has officially launched the ONCE Low Vision Foundation (FOBV), a milestone that will benefit up to 400,000 people affected by low vision in Spain. The launch event, held at the iconic Palacete de los Duques de Pastrana in Madrid, was attended by the Minister of Social Rights, Pablo Bustindu
