Philippines, Davao City - Two months ago, a wealthy couple and their business partner mysteriously disappeared, and their whereabouts are still unknown, causing widespread social concern.
The President's Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) reported that the missing persons are Henry Angelo Pantollana, his wife Margie Pantollana, and their business partner Richard Cadiz.
The trio went out to Pasig City to discuss business, carrying cash and a luxury watch valued at 20 million pesos.
The family stated that the three went out around noon and immediately lost contact, with no ransom messages received. Around 4 PM, Margie tried to video call their youngest child, but the call had neither sound nor video, adding mystery to the case. The criminal investigation has made limited progress, and the family urgently sought help from PAOCC. PAOCC Executive Director Gilbert Cruz indicated that the case might involve a business dispute or coveting substantial assets.
Investigations revealed that the missing persons had used ATMs multiple times before the incident, and their vehicle was spotted in Camarines Province on July 6, possibly followed by a white van. PAOCC has joined forces with other law enforcement agencies to form a special team to thoroughly investigate the whereabouts of the three individuals. The family has offered a reward of 300,000 pesos for information, while CIDG has initiated an investigation and issued subpoenas to relevant individuals.
This case involves a large amount of cash and luxury watches, with many suspicions and high public interest. The public is reminded to pay attention to official investigation updates.
