Nigerian renowned sports betting company Bet9ja announced a multi-year partnership with Balmoral Group Promotions, marking a further deepening of its layout in the professional boxing field. This cooperation aims not only to promote local boxing but also to enhance Nigeria's influence on the global boxing stage through international events.
The first event named "Chaos In The Ring" will take place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos on October 1, 2025, Nigeria's Independence Day. The headline fight features American light heavyweight boxer Brandon Glanton (20 wins, 3 losses, 17 KOs) against former British WBA super middleweight champion Rocky Fielding (30 wins, 3 losses, 18 KOs).
The lineup also includes former IBF lightweight champion Richard Commey against Cilo De Freitas, and Dan Azeez among other international newcomers. The event is co-hosted by former world boxing champion Amir Khan's AK Promotions and supported by the Nigerian National Sports Commission, with global broadcasting by DAZN.
