Former England and Chelsea captain John Terry has officially joined the football prediction app Lebom as a brand ambassador and investor before the start of the 2025/26 Premier League season, signing a three-year collaboration agreement.
Lebom is committed to providing users with a low-risk, peer-to-peer prediction experience that differs from traditional sports betting. Users can create private leagues, predict match outcomes, and compete for cash rewards, emphasizing community interaction and a competitive atmosphere rather than simply pursuing high betting returns.
As a five-time Premier League champion, Terry will participate in the product development of Lebom and provide weekly Premier League score predictions throughout the season. He mentioned that he has experienced the app with his family and friends, finding it adds more fun to weekend football matches, "It's a highly competitive form of entertainment, but it's more about enjoying the games and interacting together, rather than chasing large returns alone."
Since its launch in 2021, Lebom has steadily grown its user base, reaching 65,000 active players by the 2024/25 season and introducing Lebom Universe during the same period.
