SBK has officially become the official betting partner of Huddersfield Town FC in the UK, marking its second major English Football League (EFL) sponsorship deal signed this summer. Facilitated by Strive Sponsorship, the partnership will take effect from the 2025/26 season, integrating content-driven strategies with traditional sponsorship rights.
The agreement includes SBK's sponsorship of the club's new podcast, post-match coach interviews, and curated social media content, while the SBK brand will enjoy significant advertising exposure inside the club's Accu Sports Stadium. Malph Minns, General Manager of Strive, stated that the collaboration is not just about brand promotion but also focuses on building deep connections with fans, reflecting the shared commitment of SBK and Huddersfield Town to social responsibility. It successfully combines media, technology, and narrative to create a smarter sponsorship model.
Notably, Strive also facilitated a similar partnership between SBK and Bradford City Football Club for the 2025/26 season, covering podcasts and fan content strategies.
Adam Baylis, Marketing Director of SBK, praised Strive for playing a key role in strategic planning and execution, aligning brand objectives with media opportunities, making it not just an agency but a true partnership. Dan Wilchinsky, Business Development Manager at Huddersfield Club, welcomed SBK, stating that Strive's collaboration brings tangible value to the club, brand, and fans.
