It is reported that DigiPlus has initiated the application process, planning to submit several operational license applications to the **Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB)**, including a national manufacturer's license, a gaming company license, and a betting shop license. South Africa was chosen as DigiPlus's first entry into Africa partly because of its mature and transparent gambling regulatory system, and partly because of its leading digital governance structure, which makes compliant operations possible.
