Jiang Zhan Suo Pan emphasized that leaders at the city, county, township, and district levels should fully grasp the local situation, report any illegal clues, especially online gambling activities, to the provincial government or himself immediately, so that provincial forces can quickly organize and rectify the situation. He specifically warned that if any officials are involved in gambling or cover up and accept bribes, once verified, they will be severely punished without exception.
Beyond online gambling, he also named drug crimes, youth gang disturbances, theft and robbery cases, and frequent traffic accidents, urging governments at all levels to strengthen grassroots governance and comprehensively improve the level of public security.
Additionally, Jiang Zhan Suo Pan reminded officials to be vigilant against new types of fraud in the real estate sector, where criminals recently have been committing fraud under the guise of selling plots, apartments, and townhouses, causing economic losses to the public. The provincial government will continue to monitor and intervene immediately to prevent the spread of financial risks.
