At the iGB Live exhibition, Optimove announced a partnership with EGT Digital to integrate its AI-driven location-free marketing platform into EGT's modular X-Nave platform. This integration will provide operators with real-time, behavior data-driven CRM tools, enhancing personalized marketing and automation capabilities.
With this integration, EGT Digital's clients can respond instantly to player behavior, triggering dynamic marketing campaigns without relying on traditional static processes. Motti Colman, Vice President of Gaming Revenue at Optimove, stated, "We are working with EGT Digital to push marketing automation, enabling every operator to execute marketing strategies independently and efficiently."
This collaboration is similar to the real-time integration achieved with EveryMatrix in June, demonstrating its ongoing strategy to expand the AI marketing ecosystem.
Georgi Mihaylov, Deputy CEO of EGT Digital, believes that this is a leap for the company's technology ecosystem, and the integration will help operators enhance player engagement and lifetime value.
This integration will be showcased for the first time at the iGB Live in London in July, where both companies will present their latest achievements in CRM personalization and marketing automation to the industry.
