Relax Gaming announces a new partnership with DraftKings, offering its online casino game portfolio to players in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ontario.
This agreement marks a new step in Relax Gaming's expansion into North America, strengthening its influence in the regulated markets of the USA and Canada.
Under the deal, DraftKings will integrate Relax Gaming's games into its casino platform, providing players with a broader range of gaming opportunities.
This expansion comes at a time when both companies are actively engaged. DraftKings recently reported that its revenue for the fiscal year 2024 is close to $4.8 billion, a 30.1% increase year-over-year.
Despite the growth, the company still reported a net loss of $507.3 million—however, this figure represents a 36.8% improvement over the previous year's losses.
Another milestone for DraftKings is achieving its first positive adjusted EBITDA, reaching $181.3 million in fiscal year 2024, compared to a loss of $151 million in 2023.
The company expects continued growth in 2025, with projected revenues between $6.3 billion and $6.6 billion.
Relax Gaming has seen developments in early 2025, including the nineteenth Dream Drop Mega Jackpot win, where a player from Paraguay won €2.9 million ($3 million) with a €2 bet on Beellionaires Dream Drop.
Shortly before, the company also established a new partnership with NetBet Denmark.
