The Philippines Bureau of Immigration will launch the annual registration activity for 2025 in January, and all registered foreigners, including Chinese, must personally report and submit the necessary documents.
According to regulations, registered foreigners or foreign nationals holding an ACR I-Card, such as those with a 9G work visa, 9F student visa, 13A marriage visa, etc., must report to the immigration office within the first 60 days of each year.
Please note that the Bureau of Immigration headquarters located in Intramuros, Manila, will not accept annual registration applications. Instead, they will be handled at the Robinson Manila 4th floor central atrium and the Government Service Express (GSE) unit at SM Mall of Asia, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Additionally, the Bureau of Immigration's offices nationwide can also process these, including in the National Capital Region at Festival Mall Alabang, Circuit Makati, SM Aura, SM North, and in provinces such as Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, Clark, Davao, and other cities.
Foreigners may also conduct their annual registration through the Bureau of Immigration's online platform (e-services.immigration.gov.ph).
Compatriots in the Philippines, please note that if you fail to process within the specified period, you may face certain fines or have your visa frozen, and in severe cases, you may be blacklisted by the Philippines Bureau of Immigration.
