Michigan's regulated gambling market saw a total revenue of $284.3 million from iGaming and internet sports betting in November, marking a 12.1% increase from the previous month. This figure represents the highest monthly total for the state in 2024, thanks to record iGaming revenue and significant growth in sports betting.

Sports betting revenue saw a strong rebound, increasing by 83% to $58.3 million. The total revenue for sports betting reached $650.2 million, up by 16.0%, setting a new record since the market's inception. The average annual revenue for sports betting also surged to $37.1 million, a 274% increase.

Operators in Michigan paid a total of $44.4 million in taxes to the state, with iGaming contributing $42.5 million and internet sports betting contributing $1.9 million.

The three active casinos in Detroit reported municipal taxes of $11.2 million, with $10.6 million coming from online gambling and $564,069 from sports betting. In November, tribal operators paid an additional $5.2 million to regulatory bodies.
