The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) stated that a witness who saw the sale of pornographic videos at the POGO center in Porac, Pampanga, can confirm the connection between the so-called POGO big boss Lin Xunhan and the dismissed mayor of Bamban, Alice Guo.
In a 24-hour weekend report by Darlene Cay, witnesses shared their observations emotionally.
"I just remembered everything. Because I was indeed one of the people who saw it. I cried," said the witness.
"Because I was one of the firsthand witnesses, I remember everything very clearly, it was touching, and there were videos of the live auction, which were used for foreigners from different countries to bid on," they added.
According to the PAOCC, the witness will prove the relationship between Guo and Lin.
Lin Xunhan, also known as Lü Dong or Boss Boga, is the godfather or "boss of bosses" of the Philippine offshore gaming operators.
Meanwhile, the PAOCC stated that Guo is "Madam Hua," who reports directly to Lin Xunhan.
"Boss Boga gave money to Madam Hua. They have their funds, their money," the witness said.
Gilbert Cruz, the executive director of PAOCC, stated: "The witness's statement and his understanding of this operation are very important."
Lin Xunhan was arrested last Thursday based on an order from the Bureau of Immigration.
He is one of the twelve Chinese managers suspected of illegally operating POGO.
"We are still verifying the backgrounds of these 12 Chinese citizens, as they may also be charged in China. What we see here is that they belong to the management. They may belong to the same group, friends of Lü Dong," Cruz said.
As these 12 Chinese citizens are considered undesirable foreigners, authorities are initiating deportation proceedings against them.
Lin Xunhan claims his business is a restaurant.
"He saw news that the Philippines was dangerous, so he hired bodyguards to protect his family," Lin Xunhan's translator said.
Senator Risa Hontiveros, chair of the Philippine Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality, stated that Lin Xunhan's connection with the Philippine Fraud Center has been established, but it is certain that he is an accomplice of government officials.
The Senate Committee will invite Lin Xunhan to participate in the final hearing on the country's illegal POGO.
