North Dakota: Grand Forks approves letter of intent for proposed Turtle Mountain casino

The Grand Forks City Council on Monday approved a letter of intent with the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa for the band’s proposed casino and event complex.The council voted 4-2 to move forward and continue discussions on the project, with Rebecca Osowski and Ken Vein dissenting and Dana Sande abs
