Home office in Makati, someone was arrested!Chinese national Yuhang Liu was arrested at the corner of Barangay San Isidro in Makati City.The arrest stemmed from a call by a complainant who claimed that Yuhang Liu forced him to deliver communication hacking devices of unknown origin to his residence.
