As Foxwoods Resort Casino gets a star turn on Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant competition show, “Hell’s Kitchen,” which premiered Sept. 26, the Mashantucket venue has unveiled a new bar.The Grand Bar opened at the end of September in Foxwoods’ Grand Pequot Casino, featuring “classic cocktails with a mode
