INSPIRE Incheon Casino Expansion Chooses IDX Electronic Table Game Display System

South Korea's Incheon INSPIRE Entertainment Resort is advancing its casino expansion plan, with electronic table game display system provider IDX Games as the core technology partner. Following the successful deployment of the X-Trend system on the existing 110 tables at the resort, INSPIRE has chosen to continue using the same series of software and high-end displays in the new casino area, adding the new Halo tabletop display devices, which will increase IDX's total installation volume in the resort by about thirty percent. Will Donghyung Lee, Vice President of Casino Operations at INSPIRE, expressed satisfaction with this, stating that IDX has always provided excellent trend display products and services for the casino lobby. Peter Johns, Chief Commercial Officer of IDX Games, described this order as a natural continuation driven by customer satisfaction— the company not only covers all game trend display boards but now also extends to a broader range of casino operation services including bonuses and progressive jackpots.

From 110 tables to a digital base upgrade at Incheon Entertainment City

The collaboration between IDX Games and INSPIRE is not an isolated equipment purchase transaction. After being taken over by Bain Capital, this multi-billion dollar Incheon integrated resort is aggressively advancing its regional expansion roadmap. In February this year, INSPIRE just appointed former gaming industry senior executive Steven Wolstenholme as Chief Casino Officer, a move CEO Gyubum Ko sees as a key step in accelerating the resort's transformation into a world-class integrated resort and fulfilling the ultimate "entertainment resort" experience promise. This IDX order coincides with the management restructuring and accelerated implementation of the expansion blueprint, suggesting that INSPIRE is systematically upgrading the digital capabilities of its casino operations from a hardware infrastructure level.

It is noteworthy that just a month earlier, IDX Games announced the deployment of 250 X-Trend display systems at the soon-to-open West City Resort in Manila Entertainment City. From Incheon to Manila, this casino display technology provider is rapidly promoting the bundling of digital display and bonus management capabilities for electronic table games in the emerging integrated resort market in East Asia.

PASA official website continues to track the technology upgrades and supplier dynamics of integrated resorts in the Asia-Pacific region, noting that INSPIRE's expansion demonstrates a full-stack technology integration from display hardware to trend display software to bonus and progressive jackpot management, providing a new reference for the digital operation transformation of emerging integrated resorts in East Asia.
