The Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association elected a new board of directors at its 2026 annual meeting and approved the membership applications of three new companies. Four directors were appointed to one-year terms on the board, and the association also added non-voting members to expand the industry perspective. In plain terms, the industry organization has changed a group of people and brought in a few new partners.
Board Transition: Four New Directors Debut, Executive Team Completed
The newly elected board members include: Elaine Hodgson, President and CEO of Incredible Technologies; Lauralyn Sandoval, VP of Gaming Strategy and Business Development at Aristocrat Gaming; Phil O'Shaughnessy, VP of Global Communications, Government Relations, and Sustainability at IGT; and Steve DiMasi, VP of Global Government Affairs and Business Development at Light & Wonder. Randy Gilbert, CEO of TableTrac, was elected as the new secretary, and Thomas Jingoli, President and COO of Konami Gaming, took over as the financial officer. Casey Stratford, Senior VP of Legal Operations and Compliance at Boyd Gaming, and Bob Parente, VP and Chief Business Development Officer at Light & Wonder, were approved as non-voting members, serving as ex-officio member and assistant financial officer respectively. AGEM stated that the non-voting roles are intended to expand the global gaming community's perspective within the association and maintain dialogue on long-term strategic initiatives.
Membership Expansion: Three New Members Join, Continuously Strengthening the Team
At the annual meeting, three new companies were also approved to join AGEM as associate members: Bank of America, Sun-Fly USA, Inc., and Adiostics, Inc. This follows the approval of Walker Digital Table Systems as a silver member and CBRE and CasinoReviews.net as associate members at the end of 2025.
