The most notable incident was a Eurojackpot drawing error, which mistakenly informed 47,000 players that they had won substantial prizes, leading directly to the resignation of the then CEO.

Last September, due to technical failures in Eurojackpot and Lotto, the company was fined 46 million Norwegian kroner by the Norwegian regulatory authority Lotteritilsynet. Previously in March, a system flaw prevented self-excluded players from successfully blocking their accounts, resulting in a 36 million Norwegian kroner penalty.
