U.S. electronic gaming terminal (EGT) route operator Accel Entertainment continues to advance its expansion pace, successfully acquiring competitor Dynasty Games' route operation assets in northern Nevada through its subsidiary. This transaction suddenly brought Accel 20 active sites and about 123 electronic gaming terminals, deepening and broadening its network coverage in Nevada.

Acquisition details: Added 20 sites and 123 terminals
According to information released by Accel, this acquisition was completed through its subsidiary Century Gaming Technologies Nevada. The core assets of the transaction include 20 operational sites, with 2 more sites awaiting regulatory approval. These 123 new terminals will help Accel extend its reach to previously uncovered communities such as Gardnerville, Dayton, and Fernley. Prior to this, as of the end of September 2025, Accel operated 2,757 terminals at 370 locations in Nevada. The company's CEO, Andy Rubenstein, called it a "strategically significant and revenue-enhancing acquisition."

Strategic significance: Consolidating market leadership in Nevada
The deeper purpose of this acquisition is to consolidate Accel's absolute leadership in Nevada. The newly acquired sites are combined with Accel's existing network established in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and other areas. Rubenstein confidently stated that Accel now has the state's "most comprehensive and largest route coverage network," which will serve as a competitive advantage driving future growth and new site development. For Dynasty Games, which has been operating for over 30 years, its founder Roger Fuller believes that handing over the business to a partner who values long-term relationships and integrity is a logical destination.

Financial background and future outlook
This acquisition has a solid financial foundation. Recently, Accel completed a $900 million senior secured credit financing, strengthening its balance sheet and liquidity, and providing funding for such acquisitions. Although the company's earnings per share for the third quarter of 2025 were slightly below expectations, quarterly revenue reached $330 million, exceeding market estimates. Management expects that this acquisition will contribute to the company's earnings starting from 2026.
From a broader perspective, Accel has grown from operating in just one state six years ago to managing over 28,000 terminals across multiple markets, covering more than 4,500 merchants today. This acquisition in Nevada is another manifestation of its refined expansion strategy.
