Kambi, by acquiring OMEGA's PAM platform source code, plans to first advance the licensing process in Nevada, aiming for product readiness in the first half of 2026. This decision is based on a rigorous request for proposal process, and existing integrations will reduce resource needs and accelerate market entry.

CEO Werner Becher noted that this acquisition consolidates Kambi's leadership in the sports betting solutions sector, facilitating the release of business potential in Nevada and other regions. Financial Performance and Future Outlook
In the third quarter, Kambi's revenue fell by 13.1% to 37.4 million euros, with net profit down 61.5%, mainly due to fewer sports events, increased taxes, and other factors.
