Pavilion Payments announced the official acquisition of gambling compliance software company CasinoSoft, integrating the strengths of both parties' technologies to launch an integrated solution covering payment and compliance, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, security, and automation levels in the gambling industry in scenarios such as casinos, cages, slot machines, iGaming, and sports betting.
This merger integrates Pavilion's payment systems with the compliance and automation tools developed by CasinoSoft into a unified platform. CasinoSoft's CEO, Matt Montano, stated, "We have spent 20 years building our brand, and joining Pavilion is a leap forward. Our AML/Title 31 and tax tools are deeply trusted by customers, based on many years of accumulated trust."

For many years, CasinoSoft has focused on providing casinos with regulatory-compliant anti-money laundering, tax, and bonus distribution tools, supporting efficient audit preparation and business processes. Its main product modules include Title 31, TaxForms, and an automated document management system.
