InsaGames focuses on low-bandwidth ecosystems, lightweight games enter the Kenyan market.

The Johannesburg-based startup InsaGames has officially launched its ultra-lightweight mobile gaming platform designed specifically for emerging markets, featuring low data consumption and convenient experience to address the challenges of network connectivity and device performance in regions such as Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

This release includes 13 instant games, covering collision, slot, sports, and digital gameplay. Each game is optimized in terms of data and performance, with a size only one-third of the industry average, greatly enhancing compatibility and loading speed on low-end devices.

After completing pilot runs in 23 countries across Central Africa, West Africa, and the Caribbean, InsaGames is now partnering with the well-known operator OdiBets Kenya to officially enter the East African market. Players in Kenya can now enjoy this lightweight product on the OdiBets platform.

Benedict Murithi, Marketing Director of OdiBets Kenya, highly praised this collaboration: "We particularly appreciate the breadth of content and easy-to-learn design of InsaGames products. Our core goal is to provide players with a high-quality and seamless entertainment experience, and their games perfectly meet this need."

InsaGames not only offers standard products but also collaborates with operators for co-creation of content, with its in-house game studio supporting customized development to further enhance local appeal.

Sanele Mopai, Online Business Director at InsaGames, noted: "In emerging markets, there is still a clear gap for games targeting low bandwidth and low-spec devices. Our goal is precisely to fill this market gap with a mobile-first, data-saving design."

He also revealed that the company's monthly turnover in active markets has grown by 40% month-on-month, demonstrating strong local attraction and commercial value of the products.

Looking to the future, InsaGames will also launch a comprehensive promotional toolkit suitable for low-data environments, including free spins, cumulative jackpots, and instant cash rewards, to further enhance player engagement and support partners in cost-constrained environments to improve conversion and retention.
