Philippine Senator Hong Tivillos recently posted on social media that multiple items suspected to belong to the "Jiuding Group" were found in the residence of a Chinese national, Mr. Huang, in Bangban Town, Tarlac Province.

She pointed out that Mr. Huang is a fugitive wanted by the Chinese government, had business dealings with former Bangban town mayor Alice Guo, and questioned whether there was a deep connection between Mr. Huang and "Jiuding" and its leader, Mr. Wang.

Hong Tivillos noted that the items found in Mr. Huang's residence were related to the "Jiuding Group," a well-known casino intermediary in the Philippines, which has long been bridging Chinese gamblers and casinos.

She emphasized that these findings necessitate a re-examination of the relationship between Alice Guo and "Jiuding" and its senior management.

It is noteworthy that Mr. Wang, the owner of the "Jiuding Group" and a Chinese citizen, once attempted to apply for Philippine nationality but was rejected due to concealing connections with offshore gaming operations (POGO).

During the application process, Mr. Wang denied any background related to the gaming industry, but the senator finds the connection between him and Mr. Huang intriguing.

Hong Tivillos questioned in her post: "Do they all know each other?" She called for law enforcement to thoroughly investigate the connections between Mr. Huang, Alice Guo, and Mr. Wang, to clarify whether there is a network of transnational illegal activities. She stressed that thoroughly investigating this case is crucial for national security and combating illegal gambling.
