The provincial tour of solidarity bicycles, promoted by the Provincial Institute of Gambling of Neuquén, arrived in Junín de los Andes.
Argentina.- Under the slogan "La Neuquina Fulfills Dreams", a new edition of the provincial tour of solidarity bicycles was held, promoted by the Provincial Institute of Gambling of Neuquén (IJAN). The program, which consists of an initiative that travels through different regions of the province to collaborate with associations committed to their community, reached Junín de los Andes.
The House of Culture was the setting for the activity that brought together organizations from the Southern region. The mayor of Junín de los Andes, Luis Madueño, highlighted: "We are happy to host these actions that help a lot to the associations".
For his part, the vice president of IJAN, Diego Viscardi, expressed: "Each institution takes a prize that later translates into social issues within the scope to which they belong, we are satisfied with the reach we have had this year and we are already projecting new actions for 2025".
The Solidarity Bicycle Tour was aimed at non-profit organizations, associations, foundations, and cooperatives. The draw for the selection of the associations that were part of the competition took place on Tuesday, October 22. There, 93 organizations from the different localities that make up the Southern region participated. In 2024, the tour visited the localities of Chos Malal, Neuquén capital, and Zapala.
In this case, in the first round the first place went to the Civil Association Art and Culture in Patagonia, the second place was obtained by the Civil and Sports Association Manzano Brujo, and the third place was for the cooperative of the hospital of Junín de los Andes.
Meanwhile, in the second round, the first place went to the Andean Club of Villa La Angostura, the second place to the Search and Rescue Association in Wild Areas, and the third place to the cooperative of the EPET 21 of San Martín de los Andes.
With the support of Casino Magic, the prizes to the associations per round were: first place, AR$2,500,000 (USD2400), second place, AR$1,750,000 (USD1680), and third prize, AR$1,000,000 (USD960).

Meanwhile, with the aim of strengthening commitments and responsible practices in sustainability and safe gaming, IJAN participated in the events of the Sustainability and Responsible Gaming Week 2024, organized by the Ibero-American Corporation of State Lotteries and Gambling (CIBELAE).
