Speaker: Carla Lima - lawyer and president of the Civil and Business Law Commission of the OAB in Gravatá/PE, works as a professor, consultant in privacy and data protection, as well as DPO and Compliance Officer at Weebet.
Panel 2: Risk Management and Data Security
Speaker: Luiz Augusto D’Urso - specialist in Digital Law, lawyer, president of the National Commission on Cybercrimes of ABRACRIM and coordinator of Cybersecurity at ACSP. Professor in the MBA of Intelligence and Digital Business at FGV and author in reference works on LGPD.
Panel 3: Digital Marketing and Data Protection: challenges and legal consequences
Speaker: Roberta Guedes - leader in Privacy and Data Protection, awarded among the top 20 most followed executives in 2024. Specialist in Business Law, she brings a deep insight into the integration of data protection in the financial, technological, and regulatory sectors.
Moderator: Alessandra Margotti - criminal lawyer and legal consultant, with a PhD and master's degree in Criminal Law from UFMG and specialization in Business Law from PucMinas. She is also a university professor, certified DPO, and Compliance consultant focusing on cybercrimes, business crimes, and data privacy. She is a member of OAB/MG, ICP, and AMIG, directing her expertise in the regulation of sports betting.
