Flutter Entertainment has reached its highest closing price since its common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) earlier this year.

At the end of last year, there were reports that Flutter would delist from the Euronext Dublin in Ireland, which was confirmed in January this year, but it will continue to be listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

While announcing the plan to delist from the Euronext Dublin, the company also revealed its intention to list on the NYSE on January 29, and confirmed at the end of May that it would conduct its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The closing price on November 14 was $267.00, setting a new high for Flutter's stock price.

Good news: Flutter has initiated the first part of the $5 billion stock buyback plan announced in September

Naturally, this is related to the operator's Q3 2024 performance, which showed a 27% increase in revenue to $3.25 billion, with the US alone contributing $1.25 billion, up 51%. Due to these results, the company indeed raised its full-year performance expectations.

Flutter CEO Peter Jackson, during an exclusive interview with Gambling Insider and Gaming America at the 2024 G2E show, reflected on several areas, interestingly noting, "Of course, it's worth remembering that while everything is big in the US, the opportunities outside the US are even bigger."
