Monotech descended onto the show floor at SBC Summit Lisbon to outline its strategic vision for the igaming industry.
Speaking to SBC News, Denizhan Kocdemir, Founder & CEO of Monotech, outlined the igaming platform provider’s core principles of “innovation, availability and client understanding”.
In a bid to continue its focus on the needs of its customers, Kocdemir also emphasised the importance of speed in the igaming industry and he spoke about how the integration of AI into Monotech’s solution has helped to improve the speed of service for its customers.
He said: “For any kind of integration process, Monotech tries to find the solution as soon as possible. One of the most important features for us is AI technology.”
As the company continues to grow, Kocdemir emphasised that AI will be integral to what it does and how it evolves.
Another of the features of Monotech is its Omni solution which encompasses a gaming platform as well as payment processing, marketing and player management. In the second half of the interview, Talha Kahveci, Montotech’s Chief Product Officer examines how this fits with the company’s vision.
