Over 95 percent of Fantasma Games shareholders accepted EveryMatrix's public offer for the company, ensuring that the acquisition process will continue.
Press release.- On September 18, EveryMatrix announced a recommended public offer to acquire all shares of Fantasma Games AB for SEK59 (EUR5.21) in cash per share with a total cash consideration of SEK209.8m (EUR18.5m). Fantasma Games AB shares are listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Sweden. The acceptance period for the offer began on September 19, 2024, and expired on October 10, 2024. The offer was conditioned on at least 90 percent of the shareholders accepting the offer.
This condition has already been met and 95.2 percent of Fantasma Games shareholders accepted the transaction.
EveryMatrix is the world's largest game aggregator through its SlotMatrix platform with over 29,000 games from more than 350 third-party studios, in addition to its own in-house game development within Armadillo Studios. The acquisition will significantly strengthen EveryMatrix's game production with the immediate addition of many well-known slot titles that are integrated with over 250 operators, including Paddy Power, Betsson, LeoVegas, DraftKings, and BetMGM, to name a few, and played by millions of players in 50 countries.
By continuing to invest in content and casino, EveryMatrix further strengthens its offering to customers by adding a portfolio of globally popular premium games enjoyed by next-generation players, driving its direct contracts and integrations, and further strengthening one of the most profitable areas of its business.
The market distribution of Fantasma Games will also boost EveryMatrix's presence in fast-growing markets, such as North America, where it has established contracts with multiple tier 1 operators in all states with licensed igaming and where it has ambitious plans for the coming years.
