The Philippine Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) recently announced that it has successfully blocked over 53,000 illegal online cockfighting (e-sabong) platforms to curb the increasingly rampant underground gambling activities.
However, DICT Minister Henry Aguda also admitted that the massive internet blockade is just the first step, as the dark web and social media still harbor a large number of illegal sites. Many gangs lure players through Facebook groups and private messages, posing high risks, and illegal operations continue to thrive in the shadows.
👉 The authorities urge the public to remain vigilant and not to participate in platforms of unknown origin.

PAGCOR itself does not pay out, yet accuses others of being unlicensed platforms.
rotten government

You need to target FB, you know?
What are you doing so slowly, how dare you come to claim credit?
Everyone else has changed their domain names by the time you block them.
It's useless.
