Currently in Cambodia, the situation with the betting markets, to be honest, is not that there are no people, but that normal people really can't continue.
Many companies now work fourteen to fifteen hours a day continuously without much rest. Some even impose lockdowns, floor restrictions, and limit mobile phone usage, where you might only get to touch your phone once or twice a month.
Outsiders might think it's exaggerated, but it's really like that. Some companies dealing with stock markets reportedly have monthly turnovers of several hundred million yuan, naturally, the intensity is high and there are many rules. Some companies are not just strict; their security personnel are even equipped with stun guns, and it's common for them to resort to physical measures if something happens.
However, it is these strictly managed companies that tend to perform exceptionally well. Essentially, they rely on high-pressure tactics to squeeze out production. Normally recruited employees often want to leave after just a few days, so the bosses simply resort to buying people. Those who are bought can't leave and just have to endure and keep working.
Some say these companies are inhumane, but if you look at it from the perspective of the bosses, if you spend thousands of dollars on someone who then just sleeps, doesn't work, and throws tantrums, who wouldn't be frustrated? After losing a lot of money, some bosses stop pretending and take matters into their own hands.
I'm not speaking for anyone, but this industry has now reached an extreme level of competition. Some rely on systems, some on performance, and others on measures.
And those who stay, either get used to it or just accept it.
Do you recognize it? This is the current situation in Cambodia.

Damn it, creating anxiety.
Did you justify hitting someone for yourself?
Did the objective fact touch your sore spot?

Many people have very low quality, and it is difficult to rely on their subjective initiative.
If it's the boss, compensating those who were bought in to sleep in and slack off every day indeed deserves a beating.
Is this the reason?
The environment you're in is just like that, right? I know Cambodia is not that bad.
Working hours are long without leave, but there are fewer and fewer cases of resorting to violence.
A part of it, now many parks are very formal.
Our corporate culture is: Daily electricity, constant electricity.
It's about reshaping their three views through violence.
To be honest, it's an environment where anyone is recruited, and to make money, one can only rely on stun guns.
Is this the electric baton phalanx speaking?
Those who can make it there will eventually become the best of the best.
Hello, outstanding person among people.

For some reason, I'm increasingly recognizing the model of the park.
