The original Panda Recruitment still had some resources, but recently when I checked, there were no positions available, everything was empty. Then I looked at the information on Feilong's talent website, which was even worse than the TG channel.
There are also quite a few channels that have them, but it's always the same few companies back and forth, and headhunters can't find any either. I asked a friend and it seems like everyone is doing internal referrals now, they're not really recruiting externally anymore, and there’s more…

Good talents don't need to look for jobs.
Then don't change jobs.
Liquidity is too fast; they themselves don't know where they will move tomorrow, nor do they know when they will go bankrupt. They are not hiring anymore.
There are mostly internal referrals.
No opportunity means there's a chance, welcome to try one, I'm going to submit my resume.
There are quite a few on the Boniu channel.
I've seen it, just those few stores.
There are no more job websites, the efficiency is too low.
Be cautious with channel recruitment ads, as many involve human trafficking.
Now it's all on the channel
