The operation, led by Casio, was well-prepared with police, reporters, and vans, initially planned for a large-scale arrest but ended up in vain as only a few Chinese were intercepted on the first floor. It is suspected that someone might have tipped off the PBCom property management in advance, leading to the failure of the raid.

However, this operation at the PBCom building was their biggest failure in recent years, causing a loss of face for the Philippine government, law enforcement, and the media. It is certain that they will seek to regain their reputation and strengthen subsequent actions.

The property management has already obtained passport information and surveillance footage, and the situation on each floor has been largely confirmed. The Philippine law enforcement agencies have long had the evidence.

Escaping this time does not mean luck will be on their side again; any change in the relationship between the property management and the police could trigger another operation, potentially leading to the arrest of at least 500 people.
