Personnel involved in fraud and gambling in Phnom Penh's Zone 2 are being repatriated in three batches via chartered flights. The arrests took place on November 6, and repatriations began last night. The first batch landed at Taiyuan Airport early this morning at around 5 AM. Approximately 600 individuals in total will be sent back over the course of three days, on the 27th, 28th, and 29th, with further repatriations scheduled for today and tomorrow.
