I signed up for an online casino that had been problematic and a pain in my ass since day one, the customer service has been a nightmare and their T&Cs were worded in a way that made them unclear.
It was worded that once I made a deposit, I had to place 3 wagers before I could withdraw. Apparently what they meant is that I have to 3x my wager to withdraw (e.g deposit $500 and turn it into $1500).

It's pretty common for them to ask to wager 3x money you deposited to get a matching bonus. I've seen it go as high as 10x.
