Aviatrix doesn't just want to be the top in crashes, but aims to connect all categories through the metaverse.

Crash games have become popular, and Aviatrix was among the first to ignite this trend. Their flagship game of 2022—where a plane takes off, multipliers climb, and players must exit manually before it explodes—still attracts tens of thousands of daily active users, making it one of the most well-known crash games in the industry. However, Mikalai Pobal, co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer, does not want Aviatrix's story to end with just one plane. He is pushing the company towards a bolder framework: iGaming Metaverse—not just a marketing concept, but a cross-game shared ecosystem where players use one profile, one progress path, and one set of rewards to seamlessly switch between all games under Aviatrix. The first crash game was just the spark, but now he aims to ignite an entire interconnected gaming forest.

From one game to a monthly release pace: the entire company must rewrite its playbook

Transitioning from a single-product studio to a multi-category developer, Pobal admits that the battle has not been easy. "Everything in the company has to change—the way we work, the workload of the design and marketing teams has doubled, and the scope of responsibilities for the customer management team must be redrawn," he says. The biggest change is not just making a few more games, but "having to identify, describe, and harmonize a whole set of activities that never existed before."

The pace target is also quite aggressive—launching a new game every month, and then speeding up once the model is established. For this, Aviatrix has expanded its development capacity, formed a dedicated new game team, and implemented leadership projects within the management to prevent organizational expansion from dispersing the collaborative culture. "Every change must be clearly communicated with the team, and members must truly understand what is needed and why. Only then can the company operate smoothly like a well-oiled machine, maintaining harmonious relationships and a cohesive culture," he explains.

Second Chance catches those who crash, and Fruits brings slot machines into the same universe

Three new titles have already surfaced. Aviatrix Second Chance is an evolved version of the original crash—offering another chance to take off after a crash, adding an extra layer of comeback potential beyond the explosive thrill of crash. Aviatrix Fruits steps directly into the slot machine track, with gameplay completely different from taking off in a plane, but still connected to the unified metaverse layer. The upcoming Aviatrix Mines will explore yet another direction. Pobal's logic is clear: casinos ingest hundreds to thousands of new games each month, but they are essentially just changing colors, sounds, and the same set of gears turning. "No one is doing something that adds extra value for both players and operators," he says, "we decided to change that."

This "extra value" is the cross-game universal layer—tournaments, rewards, free bets, loot boxes, customizable plane skins. Any progress made in any Aviatrix game does not reset when switching to another. Product operators following PASA's official website should be able to discern the operational value of this architecture: previously, activation activities could only be mounted on a single game, but now they can be structured across the entire interconnected portfolio, changing the retention anchor from one to multiple.

Latin America and North America are the next stops, and crash is not easing off the throttle

Even with multi-category expansion, Pobal emphasizes that crash remains Aviatrix's core battleground. "Competition has indeed intensified, but our investment in innovation, production quality, and player loyalty continues to widen the gap." In terms of geographic expansion, the company has obtained multiple licenses and certifications in various jurisdictions, and is currently focusing on North America and Latin America—two markets where acceptance of the crash category is still rapidly rising. Pobal also admits that differences between regulatory frameworks pose challenges for suppliers entering new markets, but signing partners and an increasingly rich game portfolio are paving the way for the next phase of growth.

The plane that took off in 2022 is still flying. But Aviatrix is now betting bigger—not just on how long crash games can be popular, but on whether crash can become a cross-category, cross-game, cross-market ecological starting point.
