Casino Guru has partnered with BetBlocker to enhance their respective player protection tools.
The BetBlocker tool will be integrated into Casino Guru's global self-exclusion program. The interception software is designed to provide players with a comprehensive, seamless self-exclusion process. However, this is not the only aspect of the partnership, as both parties intend to launch promotional campaigns and research the topic of responsible gambling.
As part of the collaboration, the two companies also plan to develop new responsible gaming tools.
Regarding this partnership, BetBlocker founder Duncan Garvie stated: "We are excited to work with Casino Guru, a highly respected leader in the online gambling world. By combining our interception technology with Casino Guru’s extensive resources and global influence, we can create a more effective safety net for those struggling with gambling addiction. This cooperation is a key step towards creating a safer gambling environment for all players."
Head of Casino Guru’s Sustainable and Secure Gambling Department, Šimon Vincze, said: "Working with BetBlocker is a natural progression in our mission to promote fair and secure gambling… Together we can leverage our strengths to promote a more sustainable industry and ensure that those in need can access help at any time."
In other aspects of responsible gambling, Kindred collaborated with operators in Sweden to release a set of responsible gambling indicators, finding that 3% of gambling revenue is generated by high-risk players.
Meanwhile, in Malta, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) published a Center for Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) on its website last week, providing operators with best practice guidelines.
