Galaxy Gaming has confirmed that Gavin Isaacs will resign from the company's board of directors.
Isaacs was appointed as the next CEO of this FTSE 100 listed company in July, and he will resign from the Galaxy Gaming board on August 30. He will start his new position on September 2.
Since June 2019, this casino game developer and distributor has been a member of the Galaxy Gaming board, and the company added that it will not immediately replace Isaacs but will consider filling the position in the coming months.
Galaxy's board chairman, Mark Lipparelli, said: "Gavin has been a valuable asset to the Galaxy board, and we will miss his presence and wise counsel."

During this time, we have made significant progress in positioning the company to pursue many exciting new opportunities, and Gavin has made a significant contribution to this progress. Isaacs has over 25 years of experience in the global sports betting, online gaming, gaming, and lottery industries, having held various positions at Games Global, SB Tech, Scientific Games, DraftKings, SHFL Entertainment, Bally Technologies, and Aristocrat Technologies.
